The brainchild of Mr. Bhujbal, UNI-TECH had a modest start in 1996, within a room of 10 by 10. It was initially started as ‘Suyash Electricals’ to manufacture wiring harnesses and later elevated to UNI-TECH Automation Private Limited in 2006.

With ‘Customer focus through Agility and Flexibility’ as one of our core values, we endeavored the journey to build up a significant voice that now manufactures high-grade Control Panels, Wiring Harnesses, Electronic Products, and Wires & Cables.

Hailing from agricultural background & a first-generation Entrepreneur, financing stood in the way of Mr. Bhujbal. To march ahead on this undaunted journey, he borrowed capital from relatives, who believed in his capabilities and competence.

Due to financial crunch in the initial days, activities like – wire cutting & stripping to exact length, while ensuring a perfect crimped terminal was performed manually; which potentially would pose a quality problem if done with little care. Always a quality conscious, finding skilled manpower was a test for Mr. Bhujbal. However, his worry was put to rest by his friends.

Having started with two employees, now the family has grown to 250+ UNI-TECHies. ‘Respect for Individual’, one of our core values is practiced diligently across the Organization.

UNI-TECH’s Leadership follows school of thoughts, where, doing business is not about merely earning profit. At UNI-TECH we strongly believe that ‘Integrity’ and trust, the transcendent values, always literally translate into profits and revenue.
