We are pleased to introduce our organization M/s. Uni-Tech Automation Pvt. Ltd. a professionally managed ISO-9001-2000 Certified Organization dealing in manufacturing and supplying various type of control panels, wiring harnesses and electronic equipment.

We started in the year 1990 with the desire of providing high quality products to customers. We are presently situated at Shivane, Pune-411023 and are well equipped with in-house plant facility for Designing, Manufacturing and testing of control panels and wiring harnesses. The fabrication, painting and powder coating of the Control Panels are carried out at our sub-vendor’s workshop. In order to maintain quality and durability of product, the off loaded operations are monitored under our strict supervision.

We intend to expand our activities by accepting more challenging projects. Our vision is to provide Complete Customer’s Satisfaction by on time delivery Quality Products.

Presently we manufacture control panels with enclosures of CRCA Steel Sheets and Stainless Steel sheets. The wiring harnesses manufactured by us goes into Diesel Engines. Our products are supplied to various customers (Ref. the attachment. NOTE: we are single source in Instrument panel and wiring harness for M/s. Cummins Kothrud and Cummins Daman).

The range of control panels we manufacture - comprises Motor Control Centered, Distribution Boards, PLC & AC Drive based for Automation, Mimic Panels, and Relay based process panels

Electronic items used in control panel comprise Annunciator, Power supply, Hooter, DPM, Flasher, Relay output board etc. Our panels are widely accepted by various customers.

The Wiring Harness manufactured for Diesel Engines application is having good quality thermal resistance conduits with ISI and DIN cables. The end terminals and connectors used in the wiring harness are indigenous and imported (ITT and Delphi). The M.S. Connectors used in harness are defiance approved / Military Standards complying with JSS-50812.
